A “Coded Shop” with all necessary ASME and NBIC certifications and stamps. Our fabrication facility is located in Clearwater, Florida with over 40,000 square feet of production space. Through this facility, we can support emergent and non-emergent workscopes.

Waterwall panels can be protected by our Hi-Performance corrosion resistant weld metal overlay in any of the four stations available to support pre-outage material requests.
 

Our Hi-volume output of our Spiral Wound clad tubing is supported by six dedicated tube lines working 24/7. These clad single tubes can be delivered straight, bent to specific design configuration or fabricated into panels, doors, portholes, etc.
All capabilities are in-house!

Pre-fabricated pressure vessels with corrosion resistant wall paper applied, and
Pre-fabricated pressure vessels with corrosion resistant weld overlay applied, and
Prefabricated clad waterwall headers and riser tubes, machined and made-ready for installation, and Internal diameter cladding capabilities;
from pipe sizes > 2” (50mm) and greater.

All SMS welder/operators are tested and certified by 3rd party
to our ASME qualified procedures.

All SMS personnel maintain strict adherence to our ASME
audited and approved Quality Control policies.
